Drawbenches
Precision drawbenches are used whenever the application cannot be covered by a combined drawing machine for economic or technological reasons.
Single-die drawbench
The picture shows an example of the drawing carriage of a drawbench, which runs precisely on the linear guide and which is moved by means of a double chain.
This allows a precise, jerk-free drawing. The possible drawing forces are up to 1500 kN.
Triple-die drawbench
The triple-die drawbench allows simultaneous drawing of up to three bars (round or profile) or tubes.
Simultaneous processing enables a work process up to three times faster. This is particularly advantageous for larger lots.
