New apprenticeship from 01 August 2026

You act:

• Secure assembling of assemblies with the help of parts lists and drawings
• Setting up mechanical systems according to set-up plan
• Reporting to the head of the production department

You know:

• Completed apprenticeship as industrial mechanic (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge in work preparation
• Independent work with good skills to read technical drawings
• Good technical and manual ability
• Basic knowledge of English language, a good knowledge of German language will be preferable, a good knowledge of Italian language will be desirable
• Willingness to travel for international service assignments
• Teamworking skills, ability to work under stress
• Driving licence class B

You act:

• Programming of PLC-controlled machines (Siemens Step 7, TIA)
• HMI visualization (Siemens WinCC flexible, TIA)
• Drive parameterization (Sinamics, ABB)
• Networking of automation, drive, and visualization software with fieldbus technology
• Creation and optimization of circuit diagrams and wiring diagrams (E-Plan)
• Technical clarification, material definition, coordination with suppliers and our assembly department
• Preparation and implementation of commissioning of production facilities
• Service assignments for repairs, maintenance or conversions

You know:

• State certified technician (m/f/d) or electronics technician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of automation and control technology as well as plant programming
• Good English language skills (German language skills desirable)
• Willingness to travel for international service assignments
• Teamworking skills, ability to work under stress
• Driving license class B

What you will learn:

• During the 3.5-year apprenticeship, you will be trained as a specialist (m/f/d) in the metalworking sector.
• You will learn all the basics of metalworking, such as turning, milling, drilling, grinding, and welding.
• Your varied range of tasks will also include assembling and commissioning our machines and systems.

What you need to provide:

• Secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
• Good grades in physics and mathematics
• Good knowledge of German language (minimum C1)
• A keen interest in technical matters
• An interest in working with technical devices, machines, and systems
• Manual dexterity
• Careful and reliable work ethic, team spirit, and motivation

What you will learn:

• During the 3.5-year training program, you will acquire comprehensive expertise in the maintenance, servicing, and optimization of electronic automation systems, plants, and components.
• You will learn how control, regulation, electrical, and drive technology work at our company.
• After your training, the complex mechanisms of the various systems will be child’s play for you.
• You will learn everything about the planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our machines.
• You will learn how to troubleshoot and optimize electrical engineering systems.
• In addition to the practical phases, you will attend vocational school on a regular basis.

What you need to provide:

• Secondary school diploma or (technical) high school diploma
• Good grades in mathematics
• Good knowledge of German language (minimum C1)
• Penchant for repairing and tinkering with technical systems
• Interest in computer-controlled systems
• Ability to combine theoretical and practical knowledge
