Successful Factory Acceptance Test of a Peeling, Straightening, Testing and Chamfering Line

Another important milestone on the way to delivery has been achieved: In mid-May, the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of a complete peeling, straightening, testing and chamfering line was successfully completed at our facility in Baesweiler.

Together with the customer, the line underwent an intensive one-week test phase. During this period, various material grades and diameter ranges were successfully peeled, straightened and chamfered under realistic production conditions. The convincing results confirmed the performance of the line, and the customer subsequently released the equipment for shipment.

Immediately afterwards, preparations for transport began. Following the dismantling of the line, a total of 14 containers were loaded within two weeks. The equipment is now on its way to the USA, where it will soon be installed and commissioned.
